The Animism Tarot is now available! I can’t believe it!
Hi! I’m Joanna. I’m short, have horrible vision without my glasses (and not so great vision with them!) I get carded a lot. I have fibromyalgia and some kind of chronic fatigue. And lots and lots of anxiety! I’m always, always yawning, and my neck makes the most incredible cracking sounds. I also totally rock those fingerless arthritis gloves even in the summer, because they are awesome. My fingers and wrists crack. All. The. Time. I like walking. I hate standing. Why are the people in front of me at concerts always the tall ones, anyway? Life is mean.
I run my art shop Rainbow of Crazy and I absolutely love it. I’ve made some really amazing connections and have had the most amazing feedback. This blog actually started as a push to myself to start writing about my art. I am definitely an introvert, and art is such a personal thing for me; so it has definitely been a plunge to actually put my art out into the world.
I am also very much interested in tarot, particularly the beautiful artwork and symbolism. As a way to learn more about it, I started to create my own series of tart card paintings, and this project has now become a full fledged tarot card deck titled The Animism Tarot. This has been a huge undertaking and its completion has been a dream come true.
My blog mostly revolves around my art and general life happenings. I struggle with writing but hope to keep this going. I may take a break now and then. This blog thing is hard!

Thank you so so much! I’ve seen his project and it is SO stunning. I was debating on using something like Kickstarter for a long time, but for a few different reasons as of now I’m working with a print-on-demand service. I’m looking forward to getting the first copy and if all goes well, it should be available soonish (fingers crossed.) When it is up for purchase, I’ll definitely be shouting it from the rooftops!
